Are your bagels made fresh daily?

Yes. Our bagels are made fresh each day in house. Availability may vary by flavor, especially later in the day- when we sell out, we sell out.

Do you offer gluten free bagels?

We do! Our gluten-free bagels are made separately. We use a different mixer, different pot to boil, different toaster, and different oven. While we take all precautions possible to minimize cross-contact, our kitchen is not 100% gluten-free, so we can’t guarantee no cross-contamination.

Do you have vegan options?

Yes. All of our everyday bagels are vegan EXCEPT the gluten free. We also offer vegan spreads.

Do you accommodate food allergies?

We’re happy to help guide you through our menu. One of our owners has some food allergies so we are experienced and want to accommodate everyone. Our online menu provides an option for anyone to say if they have allergies. However, we so use common allergens including wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, soy in our kitchen. Please let us know about any allergies - we will do our best.

Do you use organic ingredients?

Yes. we have organic options! We mostly use organic and the menu will show all of the organic options. For all of our ingredients, we prioritize responsible sourced, quality ingredients. 99% of our meat is nitrate free.

Are there preservatives in our bagels?

No. We do not add preservatives because we believe bagels are best when they’re made fresh, simply, and traditionally. Preservatives can extend shelf life, but they often come at a cost of flavor, texture, and that '“just baked” quality - and they are not something everyone wants in their everyday food.

Because our bagels are made fresh daily with no preservatives, they won’t last as long as packaged grocery store bagels.

We see this as a trade-off we’re happy to make!

What’s the best way to store bagels at home & how long do they last?

For same day or next day eating: Store bagels at room temperature in bag or loosely wrapped. Best within 24-48 hours at room temp.

For 2-3 days: Keep bagels in a sealed bag or container at room temp.

For longer storage: Slice them first, then store in a freezer-safe bag in freezer. Can stay in freezer for up to 2-3 months for best quality.
